Bucketplace Co. Ltd. (“Company”) has established the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information and rights of customers using the AI Interior Recommendation Service (“Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information

① Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining consent will be implemented.

1. Service Registration: Personal information is processed for user registration and authentication for Service, prevention of fraudulent use of the Service, and provision of customized services.
2. Service Improvement and Analysis: Personal information will be processed for the purpose of analyzing service usage, demographic analysis, and service improvement.
3. Provision of Paid subscription Service(“Subscription Service”): Personal information to provide and manage premium features for users of Subscription service.

Article 2. List of Personal Information

① Company processes the following personal information:

1. For Service Operation (Service Registration and Improvement):

   • Email(upon registration)
   • Online identifier (uuid)
   • Service usage information (uploaded and generated images, AI queries/responses, etc.)
   • IP address
   • Device information (manufacturer, OS type/version, browser type, access country/city, region, language settings)
   • App Push token (FCM device token)

   ※ The above information will be automatically collected during the use of the Service.

b. For Subscription Service Provision:

• Subscription information (subscription plan, subscription status, subscription period, etc.)
• Payment platform identifier (Apple ID or Google Account ID - anonymized)
• Purchase receipt information(Payment amount, payment history, etc)

※ Payment information (credit card numbers, bank account information, etc.) is processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is not collected or stored by the Company.

※ The above subscription information will be automatically collected when users subscribe to premium services.

Article 3. Period of Process and Retention of Personal Information

① Company processes and retains personal information for the period consented by the data subject or the minimum period necessary to achieve the business purposes, and the respective processes and retention periods for personal information are as follows:

1. Information collected for service registration and operation: Will be retained for 1 year from the date of registration.
2. Information collected for Subscription service: The following retention periods apply in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.:
   • Records of contract or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
   • Records of payment and supply of goods/services: 5 years
   • Records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years
   • Records of display and advertising: 6 months
   • Active subscription information: Retained during subscription period and for 5 years after subscription termination

Article 4. Procedures and Methods for Deletion of Personal Information

① Company will delete personal information without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of the process is achieved or the personal information becomes unnecessary.

② If personal information needs to be preserved in accordance with other laws and regulations even after the retention period according to article 3 has expired or the purpose of the process has been achieved, the personal information will be transferred to a separate database or stored in a different storage location.
